• In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, exchanges or returns are accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery. (Return shipping fees will be covered by us.)

*The slightly glitter-like appearance in the argyle pattern is caused by fine fibers that naturally occur during the knitting process using textured, fuzzy yarn.

Due to the characteristics of the yarn, it is difficult to remove this completely; however, we have taken care to minimize it as much as possible during production. We kindly ask for your understanding.

*Because the ivory argyle pattern area and the main body fabric have different stretch rates, a subtle color difference may occur between the pattern and the body during the process of knitting with blended stretch yarns.

This is an unavoidable result of the fabric structure and production process, is not considered a defect, and does not qualify as a reason for exchange or refund.
